हमारी सोच
आजसू पार्टी सामाजिक समानता की वकालत करती है। संविधान प्रदत्त शक्तियों , अधिकारों को आम जनों तक एवं सभी वर्गों तक पहुँचाना पार्टी का मुख्य उद्देश्य है। आजसू पार्टी समाज के कमजोर तबकों एवं झारखंड के लोगों के हित के लिए लगातार संघर्ष करने में विश्वास रखती है। पार्टी झारखंड के आंदोलनकारी शहीद निर्मल महतो , स्व बिनोद बिहारी महतो , रघुनाथ महतो , बिरसा मुंडा , सिद्धु – कान्हू एवं अन्य अमर शहीद क्रांतिकारियों को अपना आदर्श मानती है।
इन अमर क्रांतिकारियों ने झारखंड के लिए अपने प्राण न्योछावर कर दिए थे। कई लोगों को जेल जाना पड़ा था। पार्टी अमर शहीदों के सपनों को पूरा करने के लिए लगातार प्रयत्नशील है। गरीब , अत्यंत पिछड़े , सामाजिक रूप से पिछड़े लोगों को समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ना पार्टी की प्राथमिकता है।
आजसू पार्टी के युवा नेता एवं केन्द्रीय अध्यक्ष सुदेश कुमार महतो अमर शहीदों के सपनों के झारखंड निर्माण के लिए सामाजिक और वैचारिक क्रांति को नई दिशा प्रदान कर रहे हैं।
झारखंडी अस्मिता
झारखंडी अस्मिता की रक्षा में बाधक बन रही आंतरिक कारकों , आंतरिक चुनौतियौं, बाहरी शक्तियों के अतिक्रमण को रोकना पार्टी अपनी प्राथमिकता मानती है। झारखंडी अस्मिता को बरकरार रखने के मार्ग में बाधा बन रही स्थितियों एवं उसके लिए जिम्मेवार वाह्य कारणों कोजड़ से खत्म करना पार्टी की सोच है। झारखंडीअस्मिता की मुख्य चुनौतियों में बाहरी लोगों के सांस्कृतिक , धार्मिक आरोपण के साथ ही लुटेरी एवं विस्थापित करने वाली विकास नीति के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़कर पार्टी समाज में सामंजस्य स्थापित करना चाहती है। लूट,दमन एवं विस्थापन का कारण बनने वाली शक्तियों के खिलाफ संगठित लड़ाई की कमजोरियों को पहचानने के लिए पार्टी लगातार जमीनी स्तर पर संघर्ष कर रही है |आदिवासियों एवं झारखंडियों की दुर्दशा के लिए जिम्मेवार कारकों के खिलाफ उलगुलान का नेतृत्व पार्टी कर रही है।
झारखंडी भाषा – संस्कृति
झारखंडी भाषा-संस्कृति , मौलिकता को बचाने के लिए सामाजिक एवं राजनीतिकस्तर पर एकजुट होकर पार्टी चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए संघर्ष कर रही है क्योंकि झारखंडी अस्मिता के नाम पर ही झारखंड राज्य का निर्माण हुआ था। अपनी अस्मिता को अक्षुण्ण रखने के लिए आजसू पार्टी अनैतिक शक्तियों से लड़ाई लड़ रही है।
वंचितों को हक और अधिकार
सामाजिक रूप से समानता की स्थिति को कायम रखने के लिए पार्टी कृतसंकल्पित है। स्वास्थ्य समानता, आर्थिक समानता, तथा अन्य सामाजिक सुरक्षा को पूर्ण रूप से धरातल पर लागु करना पार्टी का प्रयास है।समाज के सभी व्यक्तियों को सामाजिक आधार पर समान महत्व प्राप्त हो लोगों के बीच अवसर की समानताएं हो इसके आजसू पार्टी अपने ऐजेंडे पर लगातार कार्य कर रही है। निरंकुश शासकों,अन्यायपूर्ण सामाजि व्यवस्थाओं और अलोकतांत्रिक नीतियों के खिलाफ पार्टी अपने अस्तित्व काल से ही संघर्ष करती रही है।
धर्मनिरपेक्षता
सेक्युलर का वास्तविक अर्थ पंथनिरपेक्ष होता है न कि धर्म निरपेक्ष। अंग्रेजी शब्दकोश में ‘सेकुलरिज्म’ का अर्थ बताया गया है कि वो संवैधानिक सिद्धांत या नियम, जिसके आधार पर सरकार और उसके कर्मचारी सभी धर्मों के प्रति समान और सम्मान का भाव रखते हैं तथा धर्म और धर्मगुरुओ से दूरी बनाये रखते हैं, ‘सेकुलरिज्म’ कहलाता है।इसलिए पार्टी धर्मनिरपेक्षता को लेकर सजग है और भारतीय संविधान की मूल भावना को लेकर गंभीर भी है।
महिला सशक्तिकरण
महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिए , समाज में उनके वास्तविक अधिकार को दिलाने के लिए उन्हें सक्षम बनाने के लिए पार्टी निरंतर प्रयत्नशील है। अपने इस लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए पार्टी में महिला मोर्चा का भी गठन किया है। पार्टी मानती है कि “देश की तरक्की के लिये पहले हमें महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाना होगा”। हमारा मानना है किएक बार जब महिला अपना कदम उठा लेती है, तो परिवार आगे बढ़ता है, गाँव आगे बढ़ता है और राष्ट्र-राज्यविकास की ओर बढ़ता है। महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिये पार्टी गंभीर है। समाज में उनके अधिकारों और मूल्यों को मारने वाले उन सभी ताकतों को पार्टी रोकने का प्रयास कर रही है।
हमारा विज़न
हमारी सोच झारखंडी समाज को बढ़ावा देना और समाज की सेवा करना है। हम झारखंडी भाषा, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक विरासत की रक्षा कर असली झारखंड का निर्माण करना चाहते हैं।सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक और शैक्षिक गतिविधियों के साथ झारखंडी भावना के माध्यम से बच्चों, युवाओं, महिलाओं और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को जोड़ना हमारी प्राथमिकता सूची में है। समाज के वर्तमान और भविष्य की पीढ़ियों के लिए सांस्कृतिक और भाषाई विरासत की रक्षा करना हम अपना राजनीतिक कर्तव्य मानते हैं।
हमारी आर्थिक सोच क्या है?
जहाँ हर हाथ को काम हो, हर काम का मान हो,हर काम को इतना दाम हो कि हर कोई अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से खुशहाल जिंदगी जी सके। मुनाफ़े की मर्यादा हो ताकि किसी का भोग बाकी सबकी खुशी न छीने,हमारा विकास आने वाली पीढ़ियों के वाजिब हिस्से और पर्यावरण को नुकसान पंहुचा कर न हो।
हम कैसी सामजिक व्यवस्था चाहते हैं?
जहाँ राज्य, समुदायों और इंसानों के बीच या आपस में किसी तरह की जोर-जबरदस्ती न हो।शोषण,भेदभाव और नफरत न हो,जहाँ जीवन के अवसर जन्म के संयोग से न बंधे हों
हम कैसी शिक्षा व्यवस्था चाहते हैं?
जो सबको समान रूप से सार्थक ज्ञान और चेतना दे। इंसान को इंसान से जोड़े।सबको देश और दुनिया की सांस्कृतिक विरासत से जोड़े। प्रश्न करने का साहस दे। उत्तर देने की क्षमता दे।
हम कैसी दुनिया की परिकल्पना करते हैं?
जहाँ देश और दुनिया के बीच, आदमी और औरत के बीच अलग-अलग जाति,धर्म और संस्कृति के इंसान और इंसान के बीच तथा इंसान और प्रकृति के बीच समभाव हो।
हमारे जड़ों का संबंध किससे है?
हम शोषण विरोधी आंदोलन के बीज से पनपे हैं। जल,जंगल और जमीन के जनांदोलनों ने हमें सींचा है। भारत के संविधान का दर्शन हमारा प्रकाश पुंज है। हम अपनी विरासत से प्रेरित हैं। अपनी विरासत से सीखते हुए, नए अनुभवों से गुजरते हुए अपने देशकाल के प्रश्नों के उत्तर के लिए हम लगातार प्रयत्न कर रहे हैं।
हमारा मार्ग क्या है?
सपने की ओर बढ़ने के लिए राजनीति के मार्ग पर चलना जरूरी है। हमारे लिए राजनीति कैरियर या धंधा नहीं बल्कि युगधर्म है। हमारे लिए राजनीति का मतलब सिर्फ चुनाव लड़ना और सरकार बनाना नहीं है। हमारी राजनीति में जनांदोलन और संघर्ष जरूरी हिस्सा है। सृजन और निर्माण हम सबके लिए चाहते हैं। चुनाव और सत्ता की राजनीति इन सब आयामों के साथ जुड़कर ही सार्थक हो सकती है, नहीं तो वो फिसलकर बेलगाम सत्ता लोलुपता का शिकार हो जाती है। इसलिए राजनीति की जमीन को आम आदमी के लिए तैयार करना आज हमारा पहला मुख्य उद्देश्य है।
हमारा संकल्प क्या है?
इस सफर में हम फिसलन से बचें और हमारा हर कदम हमारे सपने की ओर बढ़े इस लिए सबसे पहले हम अपनी कथनी और करनी में एकरूपता रखने का हर संभव प्रयास करते हैं। हम अपने फैसले को लोकतान्त्रिक तरीके से लेकर हर सहयोगी की बात सुनते हैं। हम असहमति का सम्मान करते हैं। हम सामूहिक नेतृत्व को बढ़ावा देने में विश्वास रखते हैं। संघात्मक भावना का सम्मान हमारा संकल्प है। जहाँ तक संभव हो सके फैसले केन्द्रीयकृत तरीके से नहीं बल्कि जमीनी स्तर पर फैसले लेने का हम प्रयास करते हैं। हम अपने काम-काज में पारदर्शिता बरतते हैं। हम यथार्थ में विश्वास रखते हैं। हम विविधता का सम्मान करने और ईमानदारी से कोशिश करने में आस्था रखते हैं। सत्ता के हाशिये पर रहे समूहों, दलित, आदिवासी, अल्पसंख्यक आदिको नेतृत्व में हम समुचित स्थान दिलाना चाहते हैं।
हम किस कदम पर चल रहे हैं?
इस मार्ग पर अपनी मंजिल की ओर बढ़ने के लिए हम अपने कदमों को लगातार बढ़ा रहे हैं। खेती ,किसानी के संकट और जल,जंगल,जमीन की लूट पर एक सर्वव्यापी आंदोलन खड़ा करने को लेकर हम संघर्षरत हैं। जिसमें आदिवासी और गैर आदिवासी, भूस्वामी, काश्तकार, बटाईदारऔर खेतिहर मजदूर के साथ-साथ मछुआरों और दूध उत्पादकों आदि सभी को जोड़ा जा सके।
शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पर्यावरण और रोजगार जैसे बुनियादी मुद्दों पर जनजागरण, जनसुनवाई और जनसंघर्ष के रास्ते पर हम आगे बढ़ेंगे। महिला विरोधी और जातीय भेदभाव तथा हिंसा के विरुद्ध हम अभियान चलाकर सामजिक न्याय के बारे में पूरे समाज में चेतना निर्माण करने के लिए हम संघर्षरत हैं।राज्य के सभी बड़े मुद्दों पर राज्य के हर वर्ग को जोड़कर एक नयी कार्ययोजना बनाना हम अपना मूल दायित्व समझते हैं। कार्ययोजना को सामने रख कुछ कदम चलने के बाद हम सामूहिक समीक्षा करने और आगे क्या-क्या कदम उठाने हैं इसके लिए हम चर्चा करते हैं। इस नाजुक मोड़ पर झारखंड के उस अभूतपूर्व ऊर्जा को हम बिखरने नहीं देगें जो सालों की लड़ाई के बाद झारखंड को मिली है। हम उस आस्था को टूटने नहीं देना चाहते हैं जो आजसू पार्टी के प्रति राज्य की जनता अपने मन में रखती है। हम दृढ संकल्पित हैं कि राज्य नए आयाम गढ़े। झारखंड की मिट्टी से चली आदर्शों की मशाल हम बुझने न देंगे। रास्ता भले ही कठिन हो लेकिन यह सफर रुकेगा नहीं। हमें भरोसा है कि झारखंडवासियों में असीम उर्जा है और यह उर्जा राज्य को तरक्की प्रदान करेगा। इस आस्था और संकल्प के बल पर हमसब एक लम्बे एवं कठिन संघर्ष के रास्ते पर चल रहे हैं।
Our thinking
The AJSU party advocates social equality. The main objective of the party is to extend the powers, rights conferred by the Constitution to the common people and all sections. AJSU party believes in continuing struggle for the benefit of weaker sections of the society and the people of Jharkhand. The party considers Jharkhand agitators Shaheed Nirmal Mahato, Swa Binod Bihari Mahato, Raghunath Mahato, Birsa Munda, Sidhu-Kanhu and other immortal martyr revolutionaries.
These immortal revolutionaries laid down their lives for Jharkhand. Many people had to go to jail. The party is constantly trying to fulfill the dreams of the immortal martyrs. The party’s priority is to link poor, extremely backward, socially backward people to the mainstream of society.
Youth leader and central president of AJSU party Sudesh Kumar Mahato is giving new direction to social and ideological revolution for the creation of Jharkhand of the dreams of the immortal martyrs.
Jharkhandi Asmita
The party considers internal factors, internal challenges, preventing encroachment of external powers to be a priority in protecting Jharkhand identity. The party’s thinking is to eliminate the conditions that are hindering the way of maintaining Jharkhand identity and the external reasons responsible for it. Among the main challenges of Jharkhandism, the party seeks to reconcile the society by fighting against the cultural policy, religious accusations of outsiders as well as the development policy that loot and displace them. The party is constantly struggling at the grassroots level to identify the weaknesses of the organized fight against the forces that are causing loot, repression and displacement. The leadership of Ulugulan is leading the party against the factors responsible for the plight of tribals and Jharkhandis.
Jharkhandi Language – Culture
The Jharkhandi language-culture, the party is fighting to meet the challenges by uniting at the social and political level to save originality, since the state of Jharkhand was formed in the name of Jharkhandi Asmita. To keep its identity intact, the AJSU party is fighting a battle against immoral forces.
Rights and rights to the underprivileged
The party is committed to upholding socially equal status. It is the party’s effort to implement health equality, economic equality, and other social security on a full scale. All the people of the society should get equal importance on social grounds, equality of opportunity between the people so that the AJSU party works continuously on its agenda Still working. The party has been fighting since its very existence against autocratic rulers, unjust social systems and undemocratic policies.
Secularism
The real meaning of secular is secular and not secular. In the English dictionary, ‘secularism’ means that the constitutional principle or rule, on the basis of which the government and its employees have equal and respectful respect for all religions and keep distance from religion and religious leaders, is called ‘secularism’. Therefore, the party is aware of secularism and is also serious about the basic spirit of the Indian Constitution.

To empower women, the party is constantly striving to enable them to assert their real rights in the society. To achieve this goal, a Mahila Morcha has also been formed in the party. The party believes that “to advance the nation, we must first empower women”. We believe that once a woman takes her step, the family moves forward, the village moves forward and moves towards nation-state development. The party is serious about empowering women. The party is trying to stop all those forces killing their rights and values in society.
Our vision
Our thinking is to promote Jharkhandi society and serve the society. We want to build the real Jharkhand by protecting Jharkhandi language, social, cultural heritage. Connecting children, youth, women and senior citizens through the Jharkhandi spirit with social, cultural and educational activities is on our priority list. We consider it our political duty to protect cultural and linguistic heritage for present and future generations of society.
What is our economic thinking?
Where every hand has work, every work has value, every work should be valued so that everyone can live a happy life with their hard earned money. Profit should be lenient so that one’s enjoyment does not take away the happiness of everyone else, our development does not harm the fair share of generations and damage to the environment.
What social order do we want?
Where there is no coercion between the state, communities and humans or between them. There is no exploitation, discrimination and hatred, where opportunities for life are not tied to birth.
What kind of education system do we want?
Who give equally meaningful knowledge and consciousness to everyone. Connect human being with human beings, connect everyone with the cultural heritage of the country and the world. Give courage to ask questions. Give ability to answer.
What world do we envision?
Where there is a similarity between man and woman, between man and woman, between man and woman and between man and woman, between country and world.
With whom are our roots related?
We have grown from the seed of the anti-exploitation movement. Masses of water, forest and land have watered us. The philosophy of the Constitution of India is our light beam. We are inspired by our heritage. We are constantly trying to answer the questions of our country while learning from our heritage and going through new experiences.
What is our path?
To move towards the dream, it is necessary to follow the path of politics. For us, politics is not a career or business but an era. For us, politics is not just about contesting elections and forming a government. Democracy and struggle are an essential part of our politics. Creation and creation is something we all want. Election and power politics can be meaningful only by joining all these dimensions, otherwise it slips and becomes a victim of unbridled power gluttony. Therefore, preparing the land of politics for the common man is our first main objective today.
What is our resolution?
In this journey, we should avoid slippery and every step of our life goes towards our dream, so first of all, we make every effort to maintain uniformity in our words and actions. We take our decision democratically and listen to every colleague. We respect disagreements. We believe in promoting collective leadership. Respect for the federal spirit is our resolve. As far as possible, we try to make decisions not at the centralized way, but at the ground level. We maintain transparency in our work. We believe in reality. We believe in respecting diversity and trying sincerely. In the leadership of the marginalized groups, Dalits, Adivasis and minorities, we want to give proper place to the leadership.
Which step are we following?
We are continuously increasing our steps to move towards this destination on our path. We are struggling to create a universal movement on agriculture, farming crisis and plunder of water, forest, land. In which tribal and non-tribals, landowners, tenants, sharecroppers and agricultural laborers as well as fishermen and milk producers etc. can be added.
We will move forward on the path of public awareness, public hearing and mass struggle on basic issues like education, health, environment and employment. We are struggling to build consciousness in the whole society about social justice by campaigning against anti-women and caste discrimination and violence. We consider our basic responsibility to create a new action plan by connecting every section of the state on all the major issues of the state. Huh. After taking a few steps to put the action plan in front, we discuss for a collective review and what steps to take next. At this critical juncture, we will not let the unprecedented energy of Jharkhand be shattered after years of fighting. We do not want to break the faith that the people of the state keep in mind about the AJSU party. We are determined that the state created new dimensions. We will not let the torch of ideals from the soil of Jharkhand be extinguished. The path may be difficult but this journey will not stop. We are confident that the people of Jharkhand have immense energy and this energy will give a boost to the state. On the strength of this faith and resolve, we are all on the path of a long and difficult struggle.
